Park believes that North Korea's participation in the Games would send a positive message<a href="https://www.trupilariante.com/2017/10/24/football/manchester-united-park-ji-sung-korea-winter-olympics-2018-pyeongchang/index.html">, telling CNN Sport in September:</a> "We have a tricky relationship between both countries, so if they participate that means a lot to our country as well."
